WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?
We have a minimum order of 24 pieces. If you have an order of less than 24 pieces please contact us with your design and we can see what we can do!
WHAT ARE YOUR TURNAROUND TIMES?
Our turnaround time can take 10-15 days which depends on the size of the order and other factors such as designs, colors, screens, etc. We can do rush orders but additional cost will apply.
WHAT GARMENTS DO YOU PRINT ON?
We can print on almost any garment with our wholesale connections. La Apparel, Made, Shaka Wear, AS Colour, Comfort Colors, Independent, Bella Canvas, Gildan, etc. If you don't know what garment to pick from, we can easily help you pin down a choice thats fits your budget as well as meets the quality that you want.
CAN YOU DO NECK TAGS?
We can screen print neck tags on your finished order. We will add an extra +2 business days to do this and additional costs will apply.
HOW WILL I GET MY SHIRTS?
We offer local pick up if you're in Phoenix, AZ but we also ship which will cost extra. Shipping cost will be calculated once we get the shirts. Shipping can take anywhere from 3-7 days depending on where you are in the US. We can also drop off your order locally with a small delivery fee.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM PRINT SIZE?
We have youth sizing, standard sizing, and oversized sizing available.
Our Youth Sizing: 10" x 12"
Our Standard Size: 13" x 15"
Our Oversized Size: 15" x 19"
WHAT TYPES OF INK DO YOU PRINT WITH?
We print with plastisol inks as well as puff ink. We can create any spot color using our advanced ink mixing system.
We can order speciality inks but this will take 3-5 days to arrive. These inks include:
glitter, glow in the dark, and metallic. We do charge extra for some specialty inks.
