THE ORIGIN BEHIND THE FORTHEGOOD NAME
The name For The Good started when Rachel and I wanted to start a Christian clothing brand to spread faith through fashion. Rachel came up the name based on her favorite bible verse Romans 8:28
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

THE BEGINNING
ForTheGood began as a clothing brand idea started in a college apartment. It was then built on spreading faith through fashion. As the brand evolved, the discovery of screen printing became a pivotal moment, fostering not only a love for creating custom apparel but also the process behind it. The art of screen printing, combined with the mission of the brand, opened new doors and deepened the commitment to producing meaningful, high-quality pieces for our brand and then others.
LEARNING PHASE
We were fortunate to find a small screen printing shop that welcomed us in, giving us the opportunity to print a few times a month and teaching us the craft along the way. This hands-on experience was invaluable as it allowed us to learn the intricacies of the process and refine our skills. However, it didn’t take long for us to recognize that if we truly wanted to scale and grow ForTheGood and our print shop, we would need our own equipment to take full control of production and meet the increasing demand.
APARTMENT SCREEN SHOP
We received a 1200 shirt order in June. We bought the cheapest screen press because we realized we wouldn't be able to do this order at the shop we went to. We had a heat press and we went to work in our apartment. This took us weeks dealing with our press breaking down as well as our screens having issues. We pushed through and the client loved the shirts! This made us realize we needed to work hard and open up our first shop!
A NEW CHAPTER
We are proud to announce that we’ve just opened our very own screen printing shop in Arizona and are officially ready to take on orders! It has been an exciting journey, from discovering our love for screen printing through a small shop, to now running our own facility. This milestone is a huge step for ForTheGood, and we’re eager to bring our passion for custom apparel to life through high-quality prints. We're ready and excited to begin fulfilling orders and continuing this incredible adventure!
